I am self employed, a general handyman.
I have renovated many properties over the years.
During my renovations in properties I have accomplished: General maintenance, repairs such as a wide range of repair needs, including plumbing issues, electrical problems, drywall repairs, and appliance malfunctions.
Installation fixes including appliances, and equipment, such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, faucets, and cabinets.
Carpentry work- fixing and repairing wardrobes & cabinets, and other wooden structures. Includes: measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to create functional and aesthetically pleasing results.
I am excellent at painting both interior and exterior.
I am able to do Landscaping and outdoor maintenance such as lawn care, gardening, and maintaining outdoor structures like decks and fences. ( Possibly include planting, weeding, and seasonal clean-up.)

Phil is very reliable and honest. He sorted my bathroom door out and even offered to oil the wood panels as an extra. He also completed some painting, staying late to finish it all in one day and tidying up well after the work was finished. Very happy with the work completed.
