my husband and i found philip very polite, upon meeting we told him wot the job entailed, and discussed what we wanted. we were happy with his quote, and decided to go ahead with the work. philip started the job as agreed the following week.... him and his young man luke ,were keen to get started when they arrived. they were very polite and knowledged in what they were doing and informed us what needed to be done they turned up on time over the course of 4 days. when the work was completed they cleaned up to a good standard, and left things very tidy ......i was impressed with how the work went, so much so we are planning another job with him over the next few months. thanks phil
