A Five Star Review for a Five Star Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am absolutely delighted with the outstanding work provided by Peter from PHD North Shields Painting and Decorating. Having already had a very bad experience with a so-called professional decorator, I was, as you can imagine, extremely cautious about dealing with anyone else. However, after extensive research, I found Peter from PHD North Shields Painting and Decorating. Peter is unlike any tradesman I have ever dealt with. He totally understood my concerns and worries and demonstrated high levels of empathy and reassurance. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is easily accessible and always returns your calls. A very fair and competitive price was offered, but no pressure or heavy business techniques were used simply to gain employment. As you'll see from the attached photographs, I was left with a fence hardly coated at all by the first decorator, but Peter gladly accepted the challenge to correct and make perfect another man's work. I also decided to change the colour altogether, and chose the beautiful 'Harvest Brown', which Peter thought complimented my resin driveway perfectly. In addition to the fence, Peter also refreshed the paintwork on my wrought iron gates and railings, all of which have been completed to the highest standard, and I couldn't be happier with the result. As well as being a fantastic worker, Peter also demonstrated superb organisational skills. He approached problems and challenging situations from an objective perspective, valuing the thoughts/opinions of others and showing consideration and sensitivity for personal situations. He was also extremely considerate of my property, taking the greatest care throughout the entire job and I couldn't speak highly enough of him. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Peter and PHD Painting and Decorating to any prospective customer. It's a five star from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
