Replace Outbuilding with Annexe Extension
This contractor provided a quote for his services. We accepted the quote and the work started. However his workmanship was shoddy. He sent workmen to my home who drank alcohol on the job which I was not aware of (and were careless in the work). They damaged my drive while loading concrete. There was copious amounts of rubbish left from the demolition of the extension which I paid them to have cleared yet they did not remove. To add insult to injury the sub contractors stole my garden furniture, resulting in police being called. When I went to the contractor to complain, he stated it was not his problem and became aggressive and unprofessional in his response. He also added costs to work already completed and not in the quote. I ended the work given my concerns. He refused to refund the amount I had paid for, for work not completed and clearing the rubbish from the demolition.. I had to pay separately to clear my garden and front drive and recommission another builder. Upon clearing my drive we found over 30 empty bottles of beer. I am suing this company for negligence. This is the true definition of nightmare builders. Do not use this company unless you want to lose money.
