Phil was on time, lovely guy. Absolutely laugh, gave solutions to issues. Excellent assembly skills and impressively fast in doing so. Very good price per hour for how quick and good he is. Worked tirelessly without breaks. Thank you so much again
Replace Chimney Bird Protector Mesh
Phil was friendly and professional. He arrived punctually and got straight on with putting the new chimney cowl on. He used 2 ladders and wore a harness for safety as it’s a 3 storey house. Phil was careful and thorough. I highly recommend him. He also looked at my tap, broken pergola, extraction fan and slate tile from the front porch, multi-skilled! 😀
Repair Sagging Particleboard Floor
Phil removed an old sagging utility room floor and installed a new one. Consideration needed to be given to existing cabinets and plumbing. Phil thought these issues through and worked diligently. The inevitable snags/surprises that arise with building work were dealt with. Worked hard, did what he promised - overall a positive experience.
Refit Curtain Rail and Replace Lamp
I can't rate Phil highly enough.He went above and beyond to complete.both jobs,that at 1st seems straight forward but turned out to be a nightmare! I would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman and will call on him again for any future jobs Thank you Phil.
