Laminate Flooring
Really pleased with Pete & David - did an amazing job fitting my laminate flooring - nothing was too much trouble they even went to B&Q for me as I had got the wrong item. Will recommend them to my family & friends and will definitely be using them again. Cheers guys and thanks for all your hard work 😊

Wooden Doors - Internal
I engaged this trader to hang 12 internal doors. He recommended I use a supplier only accessible to the trade, which was fine, but meant that I had no idea of cost of the various options, so I asked him to get three quotes. His texted reply was 'im going be having to ask for a lot of quotes and this takes a lot of time out of my day'. After some further contact we moved the ordering forwards. On the day the work was starting he told me he would be here at 8. I arranged to start work late so I could be here to let him in. When he didn't arrive I left it until 8.20 then called - I was simply running out of time. He told me he was 5 minutes away but had needed to buy some screws. I said he could have let me know he would be late as I had arranged my day for him to be here at 8. Five minutes later he called me back and said 'you can get someone else to fit your doors, mate'. I hung up and did. This is a completely factual account of our contact, and I will leave you to make any judgement.
