Paul of PB Site Engineering Services Ltd, built a stunning replacement rose arbor and trellis work. He is a not only a very talented fabricator/metalworker/craftsman, he is also a real gentleman. He kept in touch constantly throughout the process and no detail from design, construction and installation was overlooked. He re- constructed the whole structure, at my request (I had miscalculated the height measurement) without any problems. During these trying times of COVID-19, nothing was too much trouble for Paul, we commissioned him just before lockdown and he waited till the restrictions had been lifted and when my wife felt comfortable with him visiting the garden (she has been shielding for the last 3 months) before he even considered installation. Paul is a credit to his business, his profession and to himself. He has great empathy and understanding of his consumer’s needs and requirements and always treats them with the utmost respect. I would strongly recommend PB Site Engineering Services Ltd and we would not hesitate in asking Paul to carry out further work for us. Sue and Andy (Irby Wirral)
