Slate & Tiled Roof
After an initial assessment I was told what needed to be done. My roof had been leaking since I had moved in and trusted that the works carried out would fix the leak. I paid for the works to be done in cash. The next time it rained It was still leaking. I emailed PB roofing twice as he did not respond to the first and it was agreed they would come back and have a look. When they returned I was in London so my house mate dealt with them. A crack or something had appeares on the works that were initially carried out so this was fixed and my flatmate was told that it would definately now be ok. My roof is still leaking and I have emailed them but have had no reply. I have had 3 more roofers round to assess my problem and it is something COMPLETELY different to what PB roofing said needed doing. I am extremely unhappy about it and feel a full refund is due. 220 for 20 minutes work with no real costing on materials is as far as I am concerned a joke.
