Communication slowed and messages were ignored entirely after Peter received the deposit. He did not call or visit the site when he said he would yet still asked for more money upfront on top of deposit and money for materials. Rescheduled a site visit twice, the second time he did not even message or call to let me know that he would not be coming even though I messaged him half an hour after he said he would arrive. After this I told him the job is cancelled and I want my money back which he said he would sort. Peter did not sort this though and I had to go through Paypal to receive a refund.
