Replace Internal Doors and Hardware
Paul Carter is skilled carpenter works clean and on site very respectful . We chose him due to his knowledge and experience. He worked very hard on the First day and returned the following week with a replacement door , but after that things got worse and this why I rated Paul poor! he does turn up for appointments he has agreed to, and has not finished the work on 3 of 11 internal doors fitted . Items not done 2 rose locks for bathroom( bathroom lock poorly fitted and to stiff to use) and downstairs toilet. Utility door wrong handles and the lever lock is brass and all the door furniture is chrome and no strike plates on the three doors mentioned. Items paid for but I have asked for the items to be sent as I have paid for the items so the job can be finished and they come from Howdens so I am unable to purchase them. I would have recommended Paul, but because of the lack of response to resolving the issues and keeping the customer informed I am unable too. Excuses for not turning up 1 Howdens didn’t have the correct door furniture. 2 family in Hospital 3 sent a message that he had been electrocuted at work 4 work at other jobs over running If he just told me he wasn’t coming on that day, I could excepted that and reorganise , but we just got told too many reasons for not coming . It became hard to believe they were true reasons. I have paid for the work and expected it too be finished to a good standard. Unfortunately this has been let down by not getting over the finish line.

Paul turned up on time and cracked on with the work. He is polite hard working and considerate, he cleans up as he goes and has done a brilliant job. Attention to detail is spot on. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for work within his skill set. A great job done by a nice man Thanks

Replace internal doors
Firstly, Paul is a genuinely lovely guy! He arrived on time as promised and set to work right away. He got the doors fitted quickly and to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy as he moved from room to room. I’m very happy with the service and results. Worth every penny and more. I highly recommend Paul’s carpentry services and fully intend to call upon Paul again in the future.

The service provided by Paul was superb. Communication was good whilst arranging the work & he arrived on time. Paul was polite & completed the job to a very high standard. He made sure we were happy with the work & tidied up after himself. I would highly recommend Paul for any carpentry work.
