I am a trained Fire systems Engineer having served a full modern apprenticeship and 17 plus years in the field on both sprinklers and gas suppression. It's these disciples that give me my plumbing know how and ability, especially in pipe fitting and valve maintenance. Currently trying to get my driving licence back from the Dvla following a seizure, which is easier said than done and so I have been forced to leave Engineering temporarily as a result. Luckily I have a unique skill set and I can also plaster to a good standard. Dot and dab, wet undercoat, smooth render, waterproofing and tanking systems applications, traditional plastering and matching into old style finishes. Several years experience in these disciplines gives me a strong understanding and a high level of standard. When my driving licence is returned I would ideally find a job that combines all of these disciples into one vocation where I could use all of my combined years of experience and expertise into one.
