Pat was fantastic from start to finish. I needed the taps in both my bathroom and kitchen fixed, and he was responsive, helpful, and flexible with arranging a time to visit. He quickly repaired the kitchen tap and even popped out to get the part needed to complete the job. Unfortunately, the part for the bathroom tap wasn’t available, so Pat explained the options clearly and sent me links to the parts or replacement taps I needed to order.
