Replace Historical Bali Back Boiler
It was sad but the professionalism was not good. Smoking on site, panicking re asbestos, not good finish. Took longer than promised. Then vat on which was said to be office error when questioned. It was sad but I liked Chay and Chris but by the end there was a lack of confidence. I had said to all tradesmen that I needed it done properly due to my husbands health but since the work has finished we are going round correcting things that were due to not being listened to.

Parker & Son's plumbing and heatingI am more than happy with the quality of the installation in your home. The work has been done to a very high standard. The boiler installation was second to none all in nice clean press fittings with neat tidy bends from a proper pipe bender, we removed your old back boiler and your old one pipe system, installed 5 new radiators and repiped the entire heating system, upgraded your gas supply and removed all redundant pipework. A job of this scale will sometimes over run due to issues that arise on the job and it's a shame that you can't see that. We had the heating and hot water on in time before the Easter break, but had to return for small minor issues the following week. All issues were dealt with swiftly, we supplied and fitted pipe covers free of charge, replaced the clients bath tap cartridges free of charge and even gave a gift at the end as a gesture of goodwill for the job overrunning. The back boiler was very old and the flue liner had a cement material on a joint, which we refused to remove/disturb as we thought it could be asbestos. Re the smoking, the engineer smoked outside on his break. I personally don't smoke but I can't force engineers to not smoke when they are having a tea break. It's a bad habit but im not a slave driver and my workers are free to smoke on their breaks. I don't think this client has left a fair review given the level of service they have been provided with. I would like to publicly thank the client for their business as it is appreciated and I would urge them to rethink and perhaps re review the service rendered.

Absolutely brilliant. The guy that came was just great. The shower slider looks amazing. I will definitely be using these guys again. I totally recommend them.
