I rang early that morning and Paul rang quite quickly I spoke to him about the job he gave me a price and said he could come right away and I agreed he arrived very quickly with a new brass outside brass tap set to work right away when he was finished it was still leaking but It was my piece at the end of the hose which you could see had been leaking for some time I said I would not be able to get one until my daughter came at the week end and then he jumped in his van and went to the shops came back and fixed it I paid for the piece he had purchased and my hose was absolutely first class I can not praise this guy enough in this greedy grasping world he took time to help an 82 year old lady with a smile and first class work I will give him 10 out of eleven Thank you paul
