I recently had a roofing issue and was very impressed with the service I received. The roofer arrived promptly and carried out a thorough roof inspection, clearly identifying the source of the leak. What stood out most was the level of professionalism — they provided clear evidence of the issue, supported with documentation, which gave me confidence in their assessment. The service was reliable, efficient, and effective from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would recommend their services to others.
Fix Leak in Bay Window
Owens roofing Cheshire was absolutley perfect. He came on time, looked at the job, took photos and showed me what was wrong. We agreed a price and date and time. There was 2 men, they arrived when expected and done the job in a timely manner and were very friendly. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.
Identify and Fix Living Room Leak
Appeared honest and reliable. Did the work at a good price with before and after pics as evidence. Offered a 10-year guarantee on the work and said to call immediately if the issue wasn’t resolved. I left it a few weeks and the issue was still there, and even worse than before. I contacted Dave who said he would come the following Monday. After he didn’t show, I messaged again and he said he would come on the Wednesday. Since then I have not heard anything and he is refusing to respond to messages despite repeated attempts. I would completely avoid using this company as they clearly do not offer the 10-year guarantee as they advertise. Very disappointed.
Roof Inspection for Ceiling Stain
Came out promptly to inspect and repair the roof above the back bedroom. Explained the issue clearly, carried out the work as agreed immediately, and provided before/after photos. Professional and easy to deal with. Happy with the service.
