Everything was right: early availability, experienced and understanding of the job, flexible yet punctual, very polite and friendly and just got on with the job right away. Fix Kitchen Tap and Sink Leak
Louis was excellent from the off. He arrived when he said he would, looked at the problems and explained exactly what he was going to do. He then went off to get what he needed and did the work as he had said. His work was faultless, but he still checked everything before he left. He was clean and tidy while working and cleared everything away before he left. He charged exactly the price he had quoted, even showing me receipts for items he had bought. I really cannot fault the young man and I only wish I had found him sooner.
