Fix Leak in Pitched Roof
Jake came out to give me a quote on an issue I had where the pitched roof of my Victorian terrace was leaking and coming through the wall. He took a thorough look at the problem and diagnosed it efficiently and honestly. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed promptly and with minimal mess. All rubbish was cleared and picked up soon after. I would not hesitate to use One Call Property Group again and recommend to others.

Unblock Gutter and Remove Moss
Cleared the gutter and arrived within an hour. Also got involved in clearing the sewer pips and removed some debris on the roof. Jake was great!

Clean/Unblock Front House Gutters
Jake rang within a few minutes of posting the job and we agreed a budget of £80 . He arrived the next day at the time agreed and did the job to my satisfaction. He charged £80 to clear the block plus £50 to clear the remains of the front gutter.
One Call Property GroupThank you for your review Nigel. The £80 was to clear the blockage in the downpipe as agreed. Upon inspection the whole of your gutter was filled to the brim with moss. I offered to clear the whole gutter of any debris as an extra to the work already agreed. I charge per side to clear gutters. We then cleared your gutters completely and washed them all down.
