Bob carried out all the jobs my mother required in a proficient manner.
Fencing & Gates
Only four panels - rather than the five agreed to beforehand - were fitted. Two of the new panels were damaged (attempted repair unfortunately draws attention to this) and one was a completely different colour to the other three. No response from Bob ten days after the above was queried. Had hoped to discuss all this on the day following completion of the work when Bob undertook to return my hammer. A generous 3/5
