It all starts with "it's not about us, it's about you......the customer". In order for Olona Build to become a respected and trusted building contractor, we focus first on the customer's desired outcome and then work our way backwards. Successful projects start with knowing and agreeing what success looks like.
We're a family business, but it's fundamentally a business about people. Olona is the Malagasy word for people and people have to come first in the way we operate. We don't see people in our business as a commodity and we don't see the customer as a pound sign. We believe if we value our customers and respect them as people, then they will return the same for us.
Almost everyone has at some point had a bad experience with tradesman in the building industry. It's why social is full of requests asking communities and friends whether 'anyone knows a good; plumber, electrician, plasterer, builder etc'. Residential properties are often full of surprises too. It's important 039;goodto get the basics right in the relationship. Fundamentally that means turn up when you say you will, do what you agreed to do, communicate when there are problems and have pride in the work you do.
