General Repair / Maintenance
We agreed on £300 for the job. He requested £90 upfront for materials and then returned and took the shed door away and repaired it. Then he said it would be an extra £150 to complete the repair for materials. After payment he made several excuses and only returned to collect his tools... never produced the invoices for the materials and never returned to complete the job. I txtd him and asked him to deliver the wood I paid for .... No Reply!!! I have learnt to never pay for materials upfront...... totally appalled at his unprofessional behaviour.
Wooden Doors - Internal
Came to hang an interior door. Was on time, punctual, cracked on with the job and didn’t waste time. Friendly and approachable. Had all the tools with him. Kept in touch on the morning he arrived and prior to ensure he had correct tools to do the job. No complaints. Job done too good standard!
General Repair / Maintenance
Adjusted the sofa head rest, works perfectly. He was very quick
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Ovidius came on very short notice (and on a bank holiday day) to assemble two items of flat pack furniture. He was extremely polite, efficient and the furniture looks excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping him in mind for future jobs.
