Job was instalation of an EV chsrging point. Stefan reeponded quickly to the request. His quote was fair and clear. He pointed a couple of other areas for improvement in my victorian house but didnt try to make these a condition of the job in hand a trick which too many.traders use to get more work. He.explained the job in clesr language without using jargon . He did thr job quickly returning next day at a convenient time to help me install the app to activate the charger.
