Finish Shed Roof Installation
Originally the job was to install the shed roof. After completing the roof installation, they told me for installing the door price will be an additional £80. Unfortunately, the door installation was very unprofessional. The door frame was installed the wrong way around. If I use the floor lock, the door cannot close properly. The door lock was also installed incorrectly – the lock and unlock positions were reversed, so now the door cannot be locked at all. I have already sent them videos and photos showing the problems, but they have not responded. I did not expect everything to be perfect, but I did expect the door to be installed correctly. Now I have to reassemble and fix the door myself. Very disappointed with the service.
