Garden Turfing and Small Patio Installation
We recently had landscaping work completed by North Larch Landscapes / James McKenzie. Unfortunately, after the work was completed we noticed a number of problems. Some of the slabs are moving and do not appear to have been fitted properly, the gate is unlevel/wobbly, and the lock/latch has not been fitted correctly and does not close properly. We have also had concerns about parts of the lawn finish and levelling. James also advised that he would return the Monday after the job was completed to finish the woodwork around the flower bed and provide advice on caring for the new lawn, however he never returned. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication afterwards. We have tried contacting James numerous times by phone and message, including leaving voicemails, but have received no reply since payment was made. Based on our experience, we are unhappy with the overall finish and aftercare service provided.
Paint Wooden Garden Fences
Job posted on Friday 10 April 2026. James phoned and texted me on the Monday. He visited that day and we added the front fence and side garden fence on and agreed on his reasonable price. The painting was all done the next day. He supplied the paint, left me with nearly a full tub and tidy Gardens. All in all I can honestly say it was a delight to find this company and would certainly recommend them Thank you James, and your two fellow workers for a job well done.
Garden Clean-Up and Maintenance
James and his team have done a fabulous job. James has gone out of his way to make sure his over 80 year old client got exactly what she asked for in her garden and he has delivered both on time and on cost. He has kept us up to date at all times and communicated with us at every turn. Would highly recommend.
