Paul was absolutely exceptional. Professional, friendly, reasonable and realistic. I loved that he was do open and honest with the options available. Offered a good price and walked me through everything. I didn't go ahead with the quote only due to the nature of my circumstances. Paul pointed out other options which were worth waiting for, and I have opted for that instead. I will most certainly be contacting Paul when I go ahead with my extension 😀
