Noel did a great job laying a concrete base for our new shed and also came back the day afterwards with weed preventer and gravel to put round the base which I didn’t ask for in the initial quote. He left the area clean and tidy. I would use him again.

Noel visited my property and we discussed the job and my expectations of the work I wanted done in full.This was done face to face on the very first day , to which I recorded the conversation and again via text , Noel was hired by myself to lay concrete from my pre/ existing concrete slab , and to take this all the way up to my back gate , including drainage around the slab as we discussed , instead he did not , he did only half the slab , no paving and no drainage, I now have to hire another team to come and finish the work , he did not make the areas level , and now instead water runs straight onto the slab base and pools there , as no drainage as agreed , what should have been an easy straightforward job , laying a slab based and paving for a shed , turned into a nightmare, not once even after I brought up my concerns to him regarding the job and what was discussed , did he offer to come again and make the job right, not only that , he also left the area very dirty and messy , cement and sand thrown all over the slab base which he did not bother to rinse off , despite me having an extendable hose and water supply in the garden , the work was shoddy , messy , nothing like discussed or agreed , Noel comes across as very knowledgeable about groundwork , however this is a false sense of security , the money you hire him for the job , he becomes rude , extremely unprofessional and unhelpful , defensive. My advice to anyone , don’t let him fool you , get yourself another tradesman and save yourself the hassle of Noel , you are better off , getting someone else , now I have to pay someone else to come and do the job all over again. I will attach the photo’s of the work as well as the recording , Shoddy work , not worth your time.STAY CLEAR

Noel and his team were absolutely brilliant. Noel was very professional and knew everything that was needed to fully re pave my patio, including proper drainage and inset drain covers etc. Absolutely cannot fault him. I had issues with the delivery of the tiles (due to another company) and Noel was flexible and patient throughout, despite it making things harder for him. Excellent Service -I would not hesitate to recommend him!!!!

Did an okay job. Took longer than anticipated, not finished well and i had to request a return vistit to complete the job. Very careless with tools and processes so caused damage to paving and walkway, which was only partly repaired when pointed out. Still exceeded my previous experience with london builders.
