My name is nick howard the owner of NJN developments, I take on all aspects of building with my own employees.
Having my own employees and not using different sub contractors gives me more control over quality and time scale of jobs.
I am fully insured with contract insurance and public liability insurance.
I started building 20 years ago being employed for 16 years and then starting my own company 4 years ago.
In between working for my customers I buy small plots of land build quality houses and sale.
I undertake new builds, extensions driveways, resin bound driveway surfaces.

Rear Garden Redesign and Reconstruction
The work was completed on time and was done to a very high standard. The team worked very hard to complete the job. We got a garden to be proud of and Nick suggested that he would give us a quote to cover the old slabs and driveway with resin. The quote was very reasonable and he made absolutely what colour we would like. The job when finished was amazing and we were very very pleased with the results. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending NJN because they do as they say what’s on the tin.
