I spoke with him, agreed a price, sent my FULL ADDRESS, and confirmed to meet at 10am. I rushed out of a meeting in the morning to meet with him, and yet he didn’t respond to my text. I asked him to please let me know what was happening and he ignored me, he then blocked my number after I had waited hours for a response or cancellation. Very disappointed with this time waster! He has my full address and I feel so uncomfortable and unsafe with that.

I received a reasonable quotation which I accepted. Ruben carried out the downlight installation work as requested and was very easy to work with. He readily returned to complete some touch up work and the end result is a well-lit house. Ruben is a competent electrician who is neat, has a positive attitude and works hard until he finishes the project. I am happy to recommend him.
