Repair Leaking Felt Carport Roof
NFS roofing was contracted to replace my car port roof in November 2025 and the work was started on Monday 10th, due to complete in two or three days . I paid £1000 by bank transfer on 10th with the balance due on completion. I would have preferred to pay by card as this would have given me some protection but Mr. Stevens refused to accept this. The work was delayed so was not finished until late on Friday 14th when it was too dark to inspect properly. Even so, Mr. Stevens insisted that he be paid the balance, more that the original quote as he had found some rot that needed attention. When it rained heavily at the beginning of December it became obvious that the roof was leaking. I sent emails and texts and finally got a response that the leak would be fixed on 2nd January but nobody turned up. Since then I have sent more emails with a video of the leaking roof attached, texts, attempted to phone and sent a message through 'MyJobQuote'. I have heard nothing and my roof is still leaking - it is now February. My only recourse now is to go to the small claims court once I have found someone else to fix it. This is not the sort of service I would expect of any reputable organisation.

Naithan was quick, friendly, reliable, competitively priced and professional. He was also clean and the repairs to our roof were of a excellent standard. I'll definitely be passing on his details to others and may look to get him back for some further work in the future.
