Winter Garden Cleanup and Pruning
Unhappy with this engagement. It was opportunistic. We went over the scope of work, and David assured me that there was "a lot of pruning and trimming to be done". I asked how long it would take, and he said "it would be done today" (this was 10:00 am). The price he provided was £450. David was done in a little over 2 hours (plus haulaway"). Had he said "it will take me 2 hours", then I indeed wouldn't have engaged him.
Newlife tree careYou’re unhappy with the time the job had taken to complete, but yet I did everything in the quote that we talked about. And more. All which I showed you at the end and your were happy. And paid the bill. I think what you meant to say was your unhappy your dog escaped out the back gate when I was bringing in tools. But instead you are trying to complain about the time of a job. You had a good job done. For the price that both agreed on and shook hands.

David was helpful and friendly, did a thorough job, but explained that he couldn't guarantee that the tree would survive it's previous chop. He came promptly and took all the removed wood away to be re-cycled.
