Garden Clearance
We needed our garden and block paving doing, i am 8 months pregnant and this was too much for me and my husband to do. We had a quote from Nick, his quote came in at 3 men over 3 days, including removal or waste, labour etc. It took him over two weeks to do and was only himself, he turned up without the correct equipment so disappeared a few times throughout the day. He has not returned to finish the rest of the work required yet he has had full payment from us and now requires extra money on top of the quote to remove the waste even though this was included in the price. I have e-mailed him my concerns and have yet to hear from him. I am not happy and now will have to pay out more money to get someone else to come and finish the rest of the work. We had a few other quotes and now wish we had gone with them instead.

NCO property management GroupThis is not true, we carried out the work we was asked, there was not enough blocks to complete what the customer wanted and Did not supply more, The issue arose from us taking away 5 tone bags of rubbish 2 more than we should and when we asked for £40 to remove another tone they kicked off and said they wouldn’t pay for it so we left it there.
Decking
Nick Coxon was an excellent choice , he has completed our job to a very high standard, we will definitely use him and NCO for our future jobs
