Cancelled a planned quote meeting at a few hours notice (by text, not even the courtesy to call). I queried if he was still interested in quoting (which he did not make clear in the initial message) and got a very rude response back. Avoid! Customer service needs much improvement.
NCL brickworkJust checked my phone and I have 12 phone calls logged that show me trying to contact Carl also he cancelled 2 meetings because he was away for the weekend and then he was away for a week I can show anyone the perfectly respectful text I sent to cancel meeting and the rude response I received back but good luck with your project and remember manners and respect cost nothing
