Jerry is a young man of 26, with 10 year experience with his dad who provided all his skill and made him a man he is now . He is a very hard working young man and worked every well and did the job very well above our expectations. He is a bit short of dealing with money. I gave him £20 on top of he asked for and told him to count , which he did and was quite happy. Next day I contacted him by message and he told me that I gave him £20 less . As he was due to do a small left over work , sent him message and he told me that I gave him £20/30 less . I told him when he come to do the job I will pay him. He did the work so nicely that even though I paid him the money , I would mind paying whatever he wants. He is very good person and does his job perfectly.
