My name is Mark I’ve been a gas engineer for over 20 years I’m fully qualified served a full apprenticeship and have an SVQ level 3 in Domestic Gas installation and maintenance and Gas Safe Registered. I carry out all aspects of gas work. Boiler replacement’s,Breakdowns,servicing,full heating systems,gas fire installation’s,cooker/hob installation and some aspects of plumbing.

Mark did a New Home Owner check and boiler inspection and service. He was going to be very delayed but he was always polite and kept me updated. I was not there at the time but he kept me thoroughly informed. He went above and beyond what would normally be expected with this job.

Excellent service. There was heavy traffic in the area which guy was stuck in, he contacted me to let me know he would be later than planned and asked if new time was OK. Arrived on time, job completed and to a high standard, n mess. Very polite and professional

I was very impressed wisth Mark, both at the time of his visit to to give me an estimate and 3 days later when he returned to our hhuse to install a new boiler. I found Mark's advice to me to be very clear and thorough, based on his experience in the industry. I had no hesitation in accepting his advice. Other tradesmen may well have given me lower quotes for doing a less thorough job. I was happy to pay Mark what he requested and believe that I got good value for money from him. We live in a very old house which offered a few challenges to Mark . He thought carefully about how best to cope with each difficult situation as it arose. He came up with practical solutions to each problem and did not cut corners at any stage. Mark carried out the work on the day that we had agreed and he and his helper worked until well into the night in order to complete the work within one day and leave us with a working boiler before they left. Mark's helper was a worker that he regularly works with on these jobs. Both worked hard and well together and were helpful and polite throughout.
