Job paid for in full up front due to request for equipment hire (my naivety in trusting what appeared to be a genuine tradesperson) even cleared via our central accounts processing system, agreed appointment then delayed, rebooked and again missed appointment - no response to numerous attempts to contact by email and phone - left out of pocket and job not completed! Would definitely not recommend

Repair Conservatory Door Lock
Morgan contacted me by phone to discuss my patio lock problem, then sent an invoice requesting £344 up front for materials, which I paid. He then told me he would do the job on Tuesday 16th December at 10am. He did not turn up or answer my texts or calls but later rang citing a van problem and said he would come on 23rd December between 12 and 1. Again he did not turn up and has ignored all my texts and calls since then. He has scammed a pensioner at Christmas, I hope he’s pleased with himself. DO NOT EMPLOY.
