sealant is everywhere, no excess has been removed and lots of is blue where it was wiped with blue paper towel. There is sealant in the bath all around the taps and it's a mess. There is all refusal to refund this, despite clear pictures of this issue, due to my understandable feeling of not wanting them to return again.

MP PlumbingLady was asked if she was happy with the job before paying. Answered positively and paid. I can only think the client was after a refund as a result of my previous good reviews and the threat of a bad review. Draw your own conclusions
Appliances
I needed to swap around the location of 2 appliances in a small kitchen. Mike did a great job, he was in time and also fitted a curtain rod in another room.

Pressure Washing
Mike did a brilliant job of cleaning/power washing our patio. The difference is huge, it looks so clean and fresh now. He was also very efficient and managed to keep our freshly painted garden wall clean in the process.
