My home has got through a lot of renovation projects with different builders involved. And Michael is the first ever builder / workman who has given me a sense of experience, reliability, and thoughtfulness. He was first appointed to change my door. When I got my quote, he prepared me to buy a right choice of hinges, which I didn’t initially, to install the bifold door. He explained the options of installation and discussed with me the corresponding concerns. Throughout the conversation I can straight realize he is a perfect person to handle the task. Upon completion I have considered to invite him to change locks for my front door and bedroom doors. Few days later, he came on schedule and again showed his preparedness as he did search and study via video the model I showed him, which is a unbranded smart door lock form China that later found discontinued without good technical support and after sale service at all. Luckily because of his professional preparation in junction with his years of experience , he was able to work out the way to sort things out ( including cutting and making use of unused wood part to fill the hole left on door lock region) and the lock functions well. He can give you a sense of a family workmanship who can deal with many things at home. I highly recommends him as I knew how hard it could be to have a good skillful man to solve a household problem. And he is the one I will instantly recall and then pop in my mind when I think over the process of home renovation. One last thing, he charges incredibly under proportional to what he gives.

We were looking for a skilled carpenter to build a large garden shed/workroom. It was a tricky job due to its size, location and intricate tying in with an adjoining building. Other tradesmen had already turned down the work due to its difficulty. Boy did we find the right person with Michael (MP Carpentry). Without exaggerating, he was like a knight in shining armour coming to our rescue. It soon became very obvious that Michael was extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but as a bonus, he was also courteous, professional, hard working and a really nice person. He clearly took immense pride in his work and was able to give us great advice on how to improve our design. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and the end result was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely have him back to do other work for us and very highly recommend him.

Michael did a great job! The shed was 10" x 8" - rather big- however he managed perfectly. He needed some assistance to set up the roof panels as he was one person. The job quotation was very reasonable. He is a lovely person that was easy to communicate with and he worked really hard!! We are very please with our shed. He also came back the next day to finish those parts that he couldn't the previous day. We were very impressed with his work ethics. Highly recommended.

He was an extremely professional, skilled and friendly man. We were very impressed with his work and he came back numerous times to make sure his work was completed to perfection. He designed a beautiful trellis box at the front of our house to compliment our stonework and restored our side gate to perfection. We would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond our expectations.

MP carpentry done an excellent job in assembling my flat pack wardrobe. The job was done neatly and to a really nice finish. I will be definitely will be using MP carpentry again. Also very friendly customer service.

Kept us informed of when he was arriving his work was very good took a bit longer than he expected as job was bigger than he first thought but kept to original price and kept giving good ideas of how to make it look the best so happy to recommend Michael for any work he has a good respect for his work and his customers

The workman by the name of Michael Madden did a very neat and durable job of repairing my two exterior wooden doors. The doors looked good as new on completion. Very pleased with his work.
