Fix Leak in Pitched Roof ASAP
V.good. Went up & looked & reported on the job & id what was cause of the leak. Took pictures & explained what needed to be done. What clitch it for me was that he was going to do the job himself he wasn’t gonna get another person /team to come to complete the job. Took photos of completed work which look satisfactory, clean& tidy. I said the full proof would be when it rains water no longer comes thru the ceiling. That’s why not given full 5/5 at this time. The Job was completed in one day & it was within my budget. Tom was personable, and displayed good manners throughout and tidied up has he went along.
