Replace Brittle Felt on Dormer Roof
The original quote was altered to £25,000 on the basis that new rafters were required and photos shown. I paid £20,000 on the basis but the three subcontractors who carried out the work advised that the no rafters were required. The firm replaced the tiles (£500) which were not on the original job but did not supply the eve drip trays. I asked for a refund and copies of the photos showing the damaged rafters. I was offered £8,000 and the installation of the eves trays but the company failed to proceed.
