Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Left all the concrete rubbish in my bin at the front door without any attempt of coming back to empty it despite many reminders. The gutter was ok but the concrete around it is not done. They handled the garden door so heavily that it fell apart.

General Maintenance
I have had to get another company to clean the gutters properly after they had charged me £200 to do so. This was after the intervention of my neighbour who intervened to stop them charging £250. They did not put the ladder up to the back house roof. They did the back lower ground extension. The front was left clogged. They took the ivy down when they called for the money throwing it in the garden.
