Fascias / Soffits / Cladding - uPVC
Contractor became aggressive demanded payment before job was satisfactorily completed and left before completing jobs . Had to hire another roofing contractor to correct faults with some of the work . The window was not fitted correctly and as a result more rain poured through and damaged more of the ceiling .

Slate & Tiled Roof
Was very impressed. Job was to fix broken tiles and repair leaking gutter. They were professional and very nice bunch of guys. The gutter was actually still leaking afterwards but the reason for 5 stars is the aftercare; I had already paid them but they returned to fix the problem- I think this is what customers appreciate- things do go wrong sometimes but they came back and sorted out the problem promptly and hence I have now recommended them to friends

Slate & Tiled Roof
I was contacted by Martin after I delayed starting the repairs. I had received a few calls from other companies wanting to give me a quote. I am so pleased Martin got in contact with me he gave me a fair and honest quote for the repairs. I had previously been let down by other roofing companies and Martin put me straight as to what was wrong and what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company I only wish I had chosen them at the very beginning. Big thanks to Martin and his team who are very professional and well organised.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Wrong size of guttering fitted (smaller than the original, not like-for-like) filled with silicon sealant to mould with adjacent houses - it was just done rather than explained that a different size was sourced. Ā£600 for two strips of guttering and fascias was supposed to include one down pipe replacement but this was not fitted despite having sourced the part (only the bottom aperture of the old pipe was changed but no discount given to price). As it looked markedly older than the brand new guttering, an attempt was made to spray paint some of it white but this didnāt work and sprayed the brickwork on the house in the process. There was talk of a ā10 year guaranteeā but this does not appear anywhere on the invoice which was reluctantly given (as cash was preferred but we wanted to pay by bank transfer and have a record), so is meaningless. After they had driven off I received, barely 2 hours later, 9 missed calls and eventually a text chasing payment. Which I was arranging just to draw a line under the matter, but this was very harassing and I have never experienced a tradesperson hounding for payment in this way, within minutes of leaving a job.
