Carry out all necessary groundworks and driveway construction works, including:
• Site clearance and removal of existing vegetation, debris, and unsuitable materials.
• Excavation of driveway area to required formation level.
• Removal and disposal of all excavated spoil from site.
• Supply and installation of geotextile membrane where required.
• Supply, lay and compact MOT Type 1 sub-base in layers to achieve a stable foundation.
• Installation of edge restraints/kerbs as specified and bedded in concrete.
• Adjustment of existing manhole covers, inspection chambers, and service boxes to finished levels where necessary.
• Formation of suitable falls and gradients to ensure adequate surface water drainage.
• Supply and installation of drainage channels and connection to existing drainage system where required.
• Supply and lay driveway surface finish (block paving/tarmac/gravel/resin-bound surface) in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• Final compaction, jointing, and finishing works.
• Site clean-up and removal of all waste materials upon completion. Jet washing services and rubbish removal
