Paint and Seal Front Door and Frame
The quote from Lee from Millers was quite high to paint the front door. So I told him I don't want the door to be done by him. I asked Lee to repair the gutter and replace some missing roof tiles. Lee and his assistant replaced part of the gutter including new joints. Whilst doing the gutter the assistant dropped an electric tool on roof of garage and broke 2 tiles which I noticed. I mentioned to Lee and he replaced them.Whilst replacing roof tiles the assistant dropped tiles on the front porch and damaged 3-4 tiles. I noticed this after Lee and team has left. I phoned them a couple of times and they came and replaced the broken tiles. The gutter, I had to wait until the rains came . One of the joint is not properly fixed and the water just pours down like a tap. Texted him on 27 Aug 26. His response was ok. Texted again on 3 Sep 26 and then 8 Sep 26. Said he was on holiday for a week and will do when he gets back. I texted again on 21 Sep 26 and 24 Sep 26 and then on 28 Sep 26 . No response at all. Where the roof tiles were damaged Lee did come back and repair them. He is not responding to fix the gutter. I have been waiting for him to fix the gutter for more than a month.
