Paint & Minor Repair in Multiple Rooms
These guys were awful, they did not have the correct tools or skills to do the job properly. The painting has been done so badly that i will have to hire someone else to redo all the work. This has caused me and my wife a great deal of upset and was a total waste of my personal time and my Money. Milan tried to blame my walls for the issues. They were fine before he started painting, The paint job is patchy in all areas. he didn't bother cutting in and painting clearly , didn't use enough paint in areas. left paint on my furniture and abused my vacuum to the point i didn't recognise it any longer. They didn't have a proper ladder, they did not have any means to clean up after themselves. I pointed out issues that were clear to the eye to be told the paint is just drying. The place was left in a worse condition that before they started.
Milano Home ImprovementsThe job was done properly, we explained everything step by step to you whilst doing it, yes the ladder wasn’t correct for your VERY tall ceiling BUT we made sure we got a ladder there the next day and done the job, so I don’t see why that’s an issue your trying to “raise” we cleaned up everywhere, we also had your dog under our feet the whole time making it harder to do the work, we have proof that everything was clean and tidy after we finished, you paid for the job after it was finished so if you wasn’t happy with the job then why would you pay for it? And the dog was chewing the dust sheets and kept pulling them off the sofa when he was getting up and down off the sofa, which you saw that so we thought you was okay with it, we always do before and after pictures and videos to cover ourselves! And the moment you heard my voice you told me you didn’t think I was capable of doing the job which to me was very offensive but you told me you was very happy with the job I had done and then you paid! I always make sure the customer is happy before taking payment, I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to do work for you because you are saying the job is good and then putting a bad review, you left all your jewellery on the side like you was trying to set us up for something but I told you about it and made you put it away and then you left two boxes under the bed once I had told you about it like you was setting it up again also if I done a bad job then why would you be asking me to do other jobs on and around your house after I had finished the inside painting
