Very professional, very efficient the job was originally scheduled for 4 days but it was completed in 2. Great communication before and during the job too. Happy with the quality of work done and diligence applied. Will reuse them for more home improvements projects in a couple months too.

What set Milano apart was their refusal of a deposit, opting for payment after each phase, showcasing unwavering reliability. Providing a competitive quote, Milano and his team of 5 achieved an impressive 60% completion on the first day. A three-part payment plan was established, with only 30% requested after reaching the 60% milestone, further demonstrating their trustworthiness. Milano proved to be exceptionally honest and professional, prioritizing customer satisfaction. A notable instance was when the wooden floor exhibited a squeaking sound; Milano rectified it by redoing the installation twice until my contentment. The same dedication was evident in the assembly of the kitchen bridge unit, redoing the task to ensure optimal results. Possessing an eye for detail, Milano proactively identified and resolved minor issues swiftly. Their efficiency was commendable, completing all tasks ahead of schedule. Regular updates on arrival times and transparent daily plans eliminated surprises. In conclusion, I highly recommend Milano Home Improvements for their integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to customer requirements.

My daughters room needed the wallpaper removed and to be repainted. However when the wallpaper was removed, the state of the wall was far worse than anticipated; Milano quickly thought of a plan of action and immediately began fixing the problem. He did the skimming, plastering and painting very effectively. He has been nothing but patient, punctual and has communicated extremely well throughout the process. The price was very reasonable and the finishing was immaculate, my daughter and I are overjoyed with the result. Whenever I need work around the house, I’ll make sure to call Milano.

From skimming and painting to laying down a laminate wood floor, their work was nothing short of exceptional On-time completion: We had a specific deadline for the project, and Milano Improvements delivered on time. We began with one of my rental flats, and he is now working on my second property for painting.
