I work for a leading manufacturer of building products, who benefit from my expertise and experience in Process Support, Production with joint roles in Facilities Maintenance & Caretaking for over four years. I have been responsible for the day to day cleanliness and tidiness and the upkeep of grounds and maintaining various industrial machines and equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards in the chemical kitchen. Whilst also providing first aid assistance and support to customers and colleagues. I also sit on the health and safety committee and am also a site fire marshal.
Before joining, I ran my own restaurant, The Reel Cafe, where I cooked, served, and managed all aspects of the business, from negotiating with suppliers to handling finances. I am also active in community and voluntary work, such as serving as a Parish Councillor and running a youth club. I am passionate about learning new skills, solving problems, and delivering excellent results.
