I have been working in the building industry for 14+years. I was working all this time on site as a labour tradesman working foreman and then project manager . With fool responsibility for work. Im new on website because I wood like to start work for myself. I focusing on property renovation and property refurbishment services to clients in London and surrounding areas.

Bathroom Repair
There is nothing I can fault about the work. It was carried out to the highest standards. Both Marek and Irek were a pleasure to have in the house, I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone and shall be using them again for any future work.

Internal Walls
Contracted for barring wall removal in a ground floor of a terraced house. Great communication from start to finish. Guys run into a problem with an intricate joists connection above the wall, immediately arranged contact with structural engineer and got assessment and plans for construction. Job finished on time and to full satisfaction. Definitely recommend and will call back for future jobs. Remi, London N18

Internal Walls
Marek is hardworking, talented and extremely thorough. He first came to remove an internal wall but ended up completing a full range of building jobs for us . He removed the internal wall, laid a new wooden floor, moved pipe work inside the walls, cut and fitted a loft hatch. The list goes on. All of the work was done to an extremely high standard, Marek was honest and transparent will all costs and prices. We are so happy with the work and the new look to our home. I would recommend M&I construction to everyone.
