Very rude and unprofessional guy is Mal. He contacted me 30 minutes after our appointment to complain about angrily he couldn't find my house with sat nav and the help of a local person. After I met him in front of my local shop, he just refused to do the job claiming I was arguing with him. I sent him an exact address with a post code. Would have been happy to help him with directions if he called earlier. I live in a quite central place, very accurate on google maps. Very, very disappointed with the attitude and wasted time. £60 for changing a syphon with my own my part was his quote which I accepted.

Mal did a very good plumbing replacement job. Good communicator, efficient, did some extra work at a good price. He sent an arrival message, and he arrived on time. I would thoroughly recommend Mal for plumbing work.
