I put a request on My Job Quote to find a gardener to complete what I thought were a few simple and basic tasks for my garden namely, mowing a ‘medium sized’ lawn, some weeding and applying weed killer on the patio and other slabbed areas. My request was quickly accepted by Melissa Property Care, where the proprietor George, and his wife, Julia came the following day What a joy. Not only were they both consistently friendly, pleasant, and polite in their interaction with me from the very start, their work and their work ethic blew me away. They worked incredibly and consistently hard, both individually and as a team, for a solid three plus hours, with no break, on one of the hottest and humid days of the year. on what I thought was a simple and basic job, ended up being anything but. I’m full of admiration. They were thorough, professional, detailed, understood what needed doing, purely from a very vague and open my request description and a photo.. They didn’t need to keep asking me questions. They used their own initiative. I was also genuinely surprised at how new they were to this work, considering their level of professionalism not only with their work but also with their customer interaction, I have MS and they understood and took my condition into account. The price they charged me, was incredibly fair. So if you are looking for hard working, dedicated, polite, consistent workers for your gardening needs, who go above and beyond, look no further. And if you are unsure, give them a go. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Would I recommend them. Absolutely. 100%. Without a shadow of a doubt. And if you were to see the before and after photos, you will understand exactly what I mean.
