Van £79per hour Man £ 30 per hour Flat rate -Bundle Deal Valid until November 2026 £650 4 hour Job Including X2 direct trips X2 man Assemble and disassembly of all item/s within a 2 hour limitation period. Allowing two hours for driving and loading only. Extended Flat rate- Bundle Deal Valid until November 2025 £150 Includes: Additional two hours can be added to any bundle deal booking exclusively saving you £30! Please note that this includes x2 man, van and labour. Any additional trips to be made must be within a 4 mile radius or as agreed with the company. This deal is non refundable and no money is returned for any unused time. Can be booked alongside initial bundle but also can be booked at a later date. Must be booked atleast 24 hours in advance of the confirmed initial appointment otherwise cancellation and rescheduling terms will apply. T&C Appointments Can be scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance over the phone and must be confirmed via email Appointment times are operational between 9am-6pm Mon-Sun. Weekend appointments have a premium fee of £30 added to any booking made on a Sat or Sun. Out of hour appointments to be quoted separately on an individual basis. Timer begins on arrival of both men Requested Deposit and payments Deposit of £50 to be placed on all bookings a minimum of one week in advance to secure appointment. Deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted on the overall price of bundle or job. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment in cash or by bank transfer. Lateness Grace period of 10 minutes allowed for lateness. After 10 minutes an automatic charge of £15 will be added to added to your booking as a late fee. Failure to start the appointment within a 30 minute period will result in a cancellation. Please note you may be restricted from booking with the company in the future if no notice or cancellation is provided at all. Should you be unable to engage as intended, to avoid penalties please call or email the company directly as soon as possible. Trips and Labour Requested trips must be within a 7 mile radius each way. Two trips maximum per booking. Additional stops or disposal fees to incur separate costs and are quoted on an individual basis. Standard tools and power drill included in all bookings. If additional power tools are required, to be declared during initial consultation which may be subject to an additional fee. Any further fees will be confirmed by the company on the booking made. Health and Saftey Property must be cleared in the area where any work is to take place. Please ensure that the entrance/exit areas are viable for items to be moved. Any pets must be declared at the time of making the booking and stored in a separate area to avoid injury or delay. Rescheduling/ Cancellations and tolls Any amendments to the booking: time or date must be made at aleast 24 hours in advance Cancellations on the day forfeit the deposit amount of £50. To reschedule on the day is subject to a fee of £30 which must be paid immediately and your £50 deposit is protected. If the trip/s are to include any toll or congestion charge this will be made an additional fee as charged. The company will always endeavour to take a toll or congestion free route where possible. Additional information Should company packing boxes be required, this should be declared on initial consultation and will be charged at a fee. Fees are based on the amount of boxes and the sizes required. Quoted on an individual basis. Parking: Client must declare on initial consultation any parking restrictions prior to appointment and provide required permits where possible to avoid parking penalties. If parking must be paid this will be charged at as an excess fee to cover the time of whole appointment. Moving trolley and safety materials to secure goods within the van included in all bookings. In the event that the work booked via bundle deal cannot be completed within the specified time frame, fees will be added at standard company hourly rate. Alternatively the extended bundle deal can be purchased atleast 24 hours in advance. Disposable services are available at a separate charge, quoted on an individual basis.
