Lonut did a great job with the panels and I appreciate his hard work. He cleaned up the mess and was very efficient, I would rate him 5/5 for his hard work. However, the pricing needs to be more clear as this caused abit of an issue towards the end. Lonut still asked me to pay an extra amount for the work that was not done which I refused and thought was wrong. I didn’t see why i should pay for something when that work was not completed. I was also told that Silicone will cost around £10 at the start. Due to his paint being used instead of mine and me not willing to pay the extra £150 for the job that was not completed. He then asked me to transfer him £50. I didn’t want any issues and knew the paint he used and silicone did not cost that much but I just paid him to avoid issues. Therefore, in the start things need to be made more clear to avoid any conflict. Apart from that, the work itself was great. Communication and customer service was ok. Thank you
